An expanding, multi-location medical practice, required a ground-up clinic and research facility adjacent to existing facilities. Following deep research into their staffing, technical needs, and site opportunities, Card and Company devised a simple, replicable groupings of rooms that stretch along the winding property. Daylight access is paramount, as is wood structure and natural toned palette, to better connect patients and staff with the natural environment.

Rougher hewn brick and stucco details recall the properties own local history. Focused courtyards, balconies, and dense oak groves further encourage exterior experiences.
