What if? Part 5: The Case for Connectivity
An elevated urban landscape could seamlessly connect Hemisfair, the proposed Missions Ballpark, the Alamodome, Spurs Arena, and near eastside neighborhoods, making the presence of a once-dividing freeway virtually unnoticeable.

What if? Part 4: Sports and Civic Identity
Perhaps our most audacious proposal is the relocation of the Institute of Texan Cultures. Reimagining the aging facility five hundred feet closer to the Tower of the Americas would allow room for a minor league ballpark to house the Missions and UTSA baseball.

What if? Part 3: Housing & public private partnerships
The incorporation of diverse housing within the district promotes social inclusivity. A blend of a public parking framework, seamless transportation, and innovative housing would catalyze a shift in urban dynamics.

What if? Part 2: Transportation
More could change in San Antonio’s next three decades than in the last 300 years. It’s an opportunity that might not knock again soon, and it begs the question, where do we start?

What if? Part 1
It's fun to bicker and banter over tacos regarding what could be. It’s also critical to consider the real world effects of dreaming big. Over the next few posts, we’re taking our words a step further and illustrating possibilities.
We look forward to continuing this discussion in imagining what San Antonio could be if we only asked, “What if…?”

Introduction
With this post, we embark on a new venture. Here we’ll share stories about both current and past architectural projects, offering insights into the processes that brought them into existence. Additionally, we will delve into broader, more ambitious contemplations about the potential of our architectural community.
