The process of designing and constructing architecture is all-encompassing. Often, the final product is expected to speak for itself, leaving little room for reflection or explanation. We move swiftly from one project to the next, without pausing to consider the journey that led us to these spaces and structures. But have you ever wondered about the untold stories behind these spaces? What if they could have been something different? What about the projects that remain unfulfilled or slipped through our grasp? So much transpires behind the scenes and within our minds, hidden from your view.

With this post, we embark on a new venture. Here we’ll share stories about both current and past architectural projects, offering insights into the processes that brought them into existence. Additionally, we will delve into broader, more ambitious contemplations about the potential of our architectural community.

The thoughts and opinions you'll find on these pages are primarily mine, but our aim is to diversify perspectives over time by welcoming guest contributors from both our community and our studio.

Before you dive into our content, a disclaimer: No one has tasked us with these musings. We're driven by the need to translate the ideas swirling within our minds onto digital paper. This platform serves as a repository where we can file our unrealized aspirations. It's also a window into the inner workings of our creative process and what fuels our passion. At the very least, we'll stow away our imaginings for another day. Our hope, however, is that our words spark a meaningful conversation with you.
